We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial and residential contractors. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and secure new business from commercial and residential contractors within the Austin area.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends to effectively present solutions to customers.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers within the contractor community.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely product delivery and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably within the construction, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong network and connections within the Austin commercial and residential contractor community is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
